The other thread was getting very long and had many off topic posts so
I started a new one...
The Azores seem really nice but the flights simply cost too much. So I
have narrowed it down to Portugal, and Southern Spain. I would prefer
somewhere where Ryan Air flies which appears to be plenty of places in
Spain.
So my questions is, does anybody have any any specific recommendations
on any resort/hotels in these areas? We want:
-hotel on the beach
-decent priced food and drinks
-nice hotel room with possible honeymoon upgrades (prefer 4*)
-nice pool and other amenities
-not "too crowded" if possible in late August...
-prefer something close to some sight seeing incase we get bored
-Something that will cost around 100euros per night if we stay 7 to 14
days
If anybody can recommend any specific resorts I can look into, or any
companies that sell packaged trips at good prices please let me know!
Thanks for all the advice this newsgroup is extremely helpful!

Why Ryanair??? If its cost that is the deciding factor, BA and Easyjet (and
others for that matter) can be cheaper- and more reliable ;-)

No particular reason for Ryanair other than the fact that from my past
experience they are the cheapest. As long as the price is cheap enough
I don't care what airline it is.
I admit Ryanair isn't the "ideal" honeymoon airline but cost is a facor
(of course).
Thanks
Matt
PS Yes I am sure about getting married...
