Default Hamburg Airport-Express bus

Is the bus that connects Hamburg's airport to Ohlsdorf station free?
If not, is it covered by the Hamburg Card? Does the bus have a sign
on it "Airport-Express" or the equivalent in German (and if in German,
would that be "Flughafen Ausdrücklich" or something else)?

No, one-way fare is EUR 1.50 (to Ohlsdorf) or EUR 1.95 (anywhere within
Hamburg).

Yes. It's a completely normal HHA bus and as such is integrated into
Hamburg's common fare system. You can even buy the Hamburg Card from
the bus driver, as well as ordinary day passes (look at
http://www.hvv.com/index2.htm for more information).

However, the direct bus between the airport and Hamburg main station
is *not* covered.

The bus route number is 110. I don't know the destination sign, probably
something like "U S Ohlsdorf" if you enter at the airport and "Flughafen"
if you enter at Ohlsdorf station.

It seems to requies a normal HVV ticket for the trip you are
doing. (Eu1.50 for a single ride in one zone)

If this covers you for the rest of the transport system then yes

Possibly. It appears that it has a number: 110 or 172
depending upon the terminal it leaves from.

No I've never seen this on anything. The english words you
have suggested tend to be freely used in the German language
and everybody understands them.
