Greece accomodation
 

We (wife, 3 yr old daughter and me) are looking for accomodation in
Athens or around Athens for instance in a hotel on a beach and somewhere
on the Peloponnese on a nice beach. The period would be May 26th-June
10th.

I've checked with some travel agencies here in Munich, but in both cases
we end up with approx. 2000 Euros for two weeks (half pension). Is
accomodation in Greece really that expensive or are there cheaper
options?

The goal of the trip is to visit the historic sites and have a beach
holiday (we'd be renting a car).
