In many states in the US, you can take it in Spanish.

Hey Babs the woman wants to take a French driving test in English. Why
do you bring up the subject of American driving tests in Spanish? There
is no connection. Are you a congenital idiot or what?

I just had a look at the UK rules on the DSA website. While the theory
test can be taken in a wide range of languages (but not French!) the
practical test has to be taken in English (or Welsh). You are, however,
permitted to bring your own interpreter with you If you give notice). I
wonder if the same applies in France?
