That's not a video of Paris!

This http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...88008488190547 is a video of
Paris!

Could have been faked. Put a camera on a Yugo, speed up the frame rate,
add some vroom-vroom sounds. Yeah, it was faked. ;->)

I agree. Too many birds not squwished, no people jumping out of the way, no
enough rattling around when he goes over curbs...

Besides, Citroen's just aren't that fast, nor sound that good.

Aren't they the cars that have the hydraulic chassie lifts that outdate the
LA lowriders by about 50 years?

Yes. IIRC the hydraulic system lowers the car when the engine has warmed
up and is ready to drive. Probably wouldn't make a good cop car...

Looked real to me. The occasional car that had blinkers on was at the
right speed.

The DS was used as a cop car, and it makes a great getaway car.

There was also another attempt on de Gaulle where a bomb with plastique
and napalm was buried in his driving path and the car got him through
that one too. Citroen 2, bad guys 0.

If you ever want to check out a car in the movies there's
http://www.imcdb.org/ similar to IMDB but limited to car appearances.

Cool link.
My dad had one of these as a hobby when I was a kid.
The red one on the left.
Us kids called it the doodlebug.
