I seem to remember that it took about 20 minutes to get there from Pile Gate
(although it was very early in the a.m.) It cost me about $20 US five years
ago, but that would be about $30 US now....can't remember the amount in
kunas.

The taxi from Dubrovnik airport to about a mile the other side of the old
town cost me 200 kunas a couple of weeks ago (late evening, no traffic). It
took about 30 minutes. If you're going to Lapad it might cost 20-30 kunas
more.
