The Crazy Horse memorial is not IIRC going to have bare breasted women
running around, It will be a tribute to the man and his culture
something that the bar, however famous and grand in its own right it may
be, is not.

I dont recall the Native Americans having any problems
with bare breasted women

A google search for Crazy Horse Saloon brings LOTS
of hits, a great many of which are in the USA. Perhaps
they should start in their own country first.

ok... then no problem.

they just take their gambling revenue and BUY, at whatever price the
current owner wants to ask, the place and then they can name it whatever
they want.

I doubt it, I imagine the theme park chain Six Flags America
has rather deeper pockets and they have numerous
establishments with that name

They're probably not interested unless the French government would let
them install at least 200 slot machines and negotiate a favorable tax
rate.

It can't be done, so "whatever it takes" is a reference to infinity.

I would say a decendent of the first settlers.
