You wouldn't say that if you had been where I was at midnight last night.

When you can feel your breath freezing in your lungs it is COLD.

Yes, of course, but +1 can feel colder than -5.

Has it? More info please. Sea levels are predicted to rise 5
feet.

I've never been clear as to whether Old King Knut actually waded
in to make a demonstration or not.
