I have looked at Carjets website and their car rental prices and policies
seem too good to be true. Their rates are the lowest by far that I have
seen and their policies seem to be written from a customers point of view.
It all looks too good. I need a car out of Malaga in late March for about 3
weeks. I would really like to hear from everyone that has had rental
experiences with this company. Personal reply would be appreciated.
Thanks

I booked a Renault Clio via Carjet on a recent trip to
Alicante and I was told to collect the car from the
Auriga Car Hire desk on arrival.
I got a free up-grade to a Renault Megane diesel (brand
spanking new with only 34km on the odometer) but we
found out that the car was supplied with a full tank of fuel
(46 euros extra) and that there would be no refund if we
returned the car with any fuel left in the tank.
It worked out OK for us as we travelled more than 950km
during the 10 days that we were there, but it would be
expensive for anybody who just hired a car for a couple
of days.
I would highly recommend them.

On my first trip to Marbella I rented a car from Alamo for 327.00 for
seven days. On my second trip to Marbella a rented from Carjet for
1200.00 (total cost) for 2.5 months. You do the math. I was also
upgraded. By the way, I think their upgrading is part of a very good
marketing plan.
What you see is what you get: great prices. I do it again in a
second.

Errr, isn't that normally included? How much is a full tank at the
filling station for this car?

Strange.

The car was 99.00 eur for 7 days plus 46.00 eur for
the full tank of fuel. Filling station price for fuel would
have been about 40.00 eur.
The hirer does NOT get a refund for unused fuel. Full

Thanks everyone. It does seem that there are no catches and no extra small
print!
I will book with them (and expect an upgrade!!)

I've used them 3 times without problem and wouldn't dream of using anyone
else now.

I, too, have had a good experience with Carjet. I hired a small car for
two weeks last August in Palma, Mallorca, for just 261 euros. I
collected it at the airport.
To get an EasyCar at that time would have cost 400 euros, plus a trip
off airport to pick it up and return it. Friends who travelled with me
and went with EasyCar experienced hours of delay waiting for the shuttle
bus to the collection point and also waiting for service *at* the
collection point.
