Default Business Travel in Denmark/Sweden

I am travelling in Scandinavia over the next few weeks. Trip 1 will
be to Nordborg in Denmark, Trip 2 to Lund in Sweden. On both trips I
will be flying from the UK to Copenhagen. How do I get from
Copenhagen to these towns?? I understand there may be a train between
Copenhagen and Lund, is this the best way? I have no idea how to get
to Nordborg however - can anyone help?

Lund would be easy to get to by train from Copenhagen because it is just
outside of Malmo, but I have to wonder about Nordborg. I would think that
a flight to Hamburg and car rental from there. Car rentals in Denmark are
close to four times the rates you can get in Germany.

You might also fly from Copenhagen (domestic terminal ) to
Sonderborg. See: http://www.cimber.dk/. There seem be be five daily
connections.
Nordborg (Danfoss?) is some 20 - 25 km north of Sonderborg

Lund is 45 to 55 minutes from Kastrup with or without change.

Try http://euspirit.rejseplanen.dk/bin/query.exe/en? which accepts also
addresses in Lund (Scania) and a clickable map to find your way from the
last stop to the address.

Absolutely right - excellent way to get stright to the heart of Lund.
Great little town, too. Take the train (and buy the ticket for the
whole trip) from the station right at the Kastrup Airport to Malmoe,
and change to "PÃ¥gatoget" (regional, purple colored trains leaving
next to the cab parking area towards town) for the last bit. Or go
outside and get a cab.

Not so much need to change train as you'll find many through running trains
Copenhagen-Kastrup-Malmö-Lund.
44-48 min traveltime for throughrunning trains.
Check timetable on http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en

Yes, that's what the time tables tell you. In reality the train from
Copenhagen that goes through Lund frequently either doesn't stop there
or is cancelled. As long as the Danish and Swedish operators haven't
gotten the routines down, it is more realistic to play it safe. Hard
learned knowledge by students from University of Copenhagen taking
courses at the University in Lund.
