He doesn't care if anyone knows what the hell he's talking
about. It really doesn't matter. He's too ****ing stupid to
grasp the simple concepts of Usenet. He ensures that nobody
can understand what he might be saying, but since what he's
saying is worthless crap anyway, it's no loss. Thank God he's
not a real doctor, but rather just a lying troll who likes to
put fancy initials after his name. There would be a real danger
to human life if a ****head like Giggleman were actually an
M.D., but he's not. He's just another moron on webtv.

I can't speak for the Budapestians but the Viennese do have a reputation
for it in Austria and that's what I found as well.

But only around before Xmas - they don't make up for the rest of the year -
and there are Xmas markets in every town, so they're not a unique selling
point for Vienna.
