Maybe not too fast, but Sausage & Mash is a small chain of restaurants in
London specialising in what you would expect from its name. From on-line
reviews, the satisfaction of users seems to vary widely from one branch to
another.
The obvious URL has been occupied, but is not currently accessible.

It was a mutton burger. It was right after the BSE scare so perhaps it
wasn't a regular item. Anyway, it was in fast food type place (sit
down) and significantly cheaper than a beef hamburger.
Until I read your post I honestly though it was a British food staple.

Its hard to find. Borough market has it from free range Lake
District Hewrdwicks, very superior taste.,

perhaps you should post only about what you know? You make a
