Bridge crossing costs in Denmark
Does anyone know where I can find out what crossing the bridge between
Jutland and Fyn and between Fyn and Sealand costs? I am trying to
compare it to the ferry crossing cost at Puttgarden

The first is free and the latter you can find by doing a seach
for "great belt bridge" (storebaelt I believe).
But TBH the difference isn't worth bothering with. You should
select the route which is the shortest/quickest keeping in
mind whether (for the time of year you are travelling) you are
likely to have to queue for the ferry or not.

Thanks for the info. I did find the site for the Fyn to Sealand
crossing and it is significantly cheaper than going by ferry. Denmark
is such a little country the shortest approach isn't really relevant.

Well that's true, but my son is coming from Rotterdam.

-------
The difference in distance is about 210km. And the ferry is a good
opportunity for a break in the restaurant if that matters.

That's what my son was thinking as well, except that from what I can
see the ferry costs 56 euros each way while the bridge costs something
like 340 Dkr roundtrip, which is a significant difference. Since his
car is dual fuel and uses natural gas which is quite cheap, he will
probably opt for the bridge route, but thanks for the info.

If he goes the bridge route he can make a stop off the A7 in Harrislee and
load up with discount Danish beer at the border stores. See www.graensen.dk

There will be a border town whichever way he goes.
In any case starting from the Netherlands he might already
have a car full of beer.

Roundtrip is 2x205 DKK. If you go just for a weekend, a day or an
evening, the prices are 360, 330 and 245 respectively, but at least
the last two seems very unlikely in this case.
