Any recommendations for a book that is Barcelona-centric in the way
that A Moveable Feast is to Paris and Strumpet City to Dublin and so on?
.....anything really.

Orwell's Homage to Catalonia is an obvious one - I enjoyed rereading that
in Barcelona a few years ago.

If you're looking for something more modern than, say, Orwell, then
you could do worse than "The Shadow of the Wind" by Carlos Ruis Zafon
