I'm still trying to puzzle out the logic of these (as you rightly
indicate in another post) subjective pissing contests. Some people enjoy
their commute to jobs they hate. Some people hate their commute to jobs
they love. Some people don't commute, and so on, and every possible
interpolation you can think of. Bored in Belgium seems to be a bit
obsessed with 'quality of life' which does make me wonder...

Personally, my work either involves doing it at home, or travelling
quite a bit. I usually enjoy the travel. Not always, it's sometimes a
pain, and I'd rather not have to travel 4 hours to lecture for 1. But I
do love my work, and I much prefer to see the brighter side of things..

have more disposable income.
