Default Asian debut for Crazy Horse Paris in Singapore

I thought of Grunge when I found this item. Actually,
the French have it here in Paris, Avenue George V, I
went by it yesterday to check out the condition
of an apartment of a friend. But Grunge needs to
get out and have some fun and not be so obsessed with
me, although I deserve his attention (rather sweet of
Grunge to think of me so much)

Asian debut for Crazy Horse Paris in Singapore

SINGAPORE: The Crazy Horse Paris topless cabaret makes its Asian debut on
Monday in Singapore, with local authorities hoping the iconic French dance
troupe will help shake off the nation's staid image and energise tourism.

The cabarets scantily-clad female dancers take to the stage at a former
two-storey warehouse that has been specially renovated to incorporate a
450-seat theatre, bar and bistro. The venue is located in the heart of the
Clarke Quay tourist area and was refurbished at a cost of seven million
Singapore dollars.

Tourism authorities are betting that the female troupe will work their
Parisian magic to draw more visitors to the city-state. We are glad that
Singapore is Asia's first city to host the world-renowned Crazy Horse
Paris... the show will add much colour to Singapore's entertainment and
nightlife scene, Lim Neo Chian, the chief executive of Singapore Tourism
Board, said last month.

Singapore, a tiny island nation with no natural wonders to boast of, is
making big efforts to boost its tourism appeal by building man-made
attractions to augment its reputation for efficiency, cleanliness and
safety. In a landmark decision in April, the government lifted a ban on
casinos and gave the go-ahead for two Las Vegas-style gaming resorts to be
built by 2009 in an attempt to remove its staid image and boost its share of
Asias growing travel industry.

Tourism earnings totalled 9.6 billion dollars in 2004 from 8.3 million
visitors and the city-state is hoping to raise arrivals to 17 million and
receipts of 30 billion dollars annually within a decade.

If they repealed a heap of their repressive laws, it might be a good
start.

Why bother going there when you can simply cross the bridge to Johor
Bahru and see some real action for a fraction of the price!

Singaporan authorities are idiots, and have done everything they can
to discourage tourism (like executing an Australian without even
letting his mother hug him goodbye), and now they decide to allow
TITTIES to be shown! Ooh la ****in la!!! Bangkok must be quaking in
her sandals!
