Hi,

I used Argus to rent a car in France last year. I had no problems. I
got a good all-inclusive rate, and there were no extras.

I also used Nova for car rental (www.rentacar-worldwide.com/index.htm)
in South Africa recently. Their rates were even better, and again,
all-inclusive. I would recommend both companies. I have also used
Skycars www.skycars.com, and would recommend them also.
