Poison, is that going to be the official arab lie on this one.

I'd put my money on aids, and have a much better chance of being right.

Seems unlikely, but if you'll shoot a little girl at point blank range,
poisoning an old man shouldn't pose to much of an ethical dilemma.

Yes, but we weren't talking about Bush.

Perhaps you can explain to us what WILL get the Palestinians the chance
to live in peace? Lying down and sucking Jewish cocks? Until now
whatever they tried, talking, makingh concessions, or fighting, they
got to the same place. At least fighting makes them feel they died with
pride.

Not long ago there as no Israel, either.

So you're saying it wasn't Israelis, but Palestinian militants in Gaza who
poisoned Arafat?

Actually, a few years ago the Israelis offered the Palestinians about 95% of
what they wanted. It wasn't enough, so they started the intifada. This is
all public record. There are SOME palestinians that will accept nothing
less than the destruction of Israel. Obviously, the Israelis aren't willing
to allow that.

Actually they didn't, as anyone who knows anything will tell you.

They have made no concessions, and have yet to implement a single
provision of the agreements -- those provisions they haven't violated,
that is -- they have entered into with Israel.

At the 2000 Camp David talks, what Barak offered Arafat went way
beyond anything Yitzhak Rabin offered him -- including concessions on
Jerusalem which Rabin never offered, and made a point that would not
be offered--points to which Arafat had agreed. The Egyptian rejected
Barak's entire offer, then went back and launched the current
intifadeh, which, as Palestinian leaders have admitted, they had
already been planning before the talks began.

Actually, they, the Israelis, offered the Palestinian Muslims
about 5% of what they, the Palestinians, wanted. The other
95% was the total expulsion of Jews from Israel and the
return of the Muslims.

Obviously,

Apart from the slaughter Arafat embarked on after Camp David the
saddest thing about the whole business is that Israelis, to get peace,
were even resigned to sharing Jerusalem. A huge, huge sacrifice but
Israel would have paid that price.

The true story leaves no doubt at all that what the "Palestinians" are
after is very far from a Middle East with Israel still in it.
