Anyone know about the il castello hotel in Rome?

Is this a good hotel? How far ahead are room booked for this place?
Its cheap, and in a good location, so I am interested in it.

I've never heard of the hotel, and know nothing about it, but I
just looked it up. I just wanted to comment on its location. It's
not at all a good location, and is far from almost all of the
places tourists want to visit. That would make me not consider
it, regardless of how good or how cheap it is.
