First of all when you read a post you should note the source. Johnny
Hallyday iks a popular French singer, 666 is said to represent the
number of the beast.

Johnnyhallyday666 is a troll.

Canadains are free to go to Cuba anytime they like.

And they do because they're free.

Maybe the US should end the embargo..

Yes, but P557 could very well be Parishioner 557, which is 3 less than
560, and everyone knows three is the sign of god. Are you purporting
to be near god?

    >Sunshine is to be avoided. I do not like peasant food.

I couldn't agree more Marie. I avoid, at all cost, Africa and most third world
countries for that very reason.
Although I like Rio, most South and Latin American countries are filled with
peasants and their food. Not to mention the crime.
If you have the desire and ability to travel why do a "barrio bus barge" when
one can experience the best of the world?
Of course there are different ways to travel, I just agree about the peasant
stuff Marie was talking about.
The sunshine... well, put me in the South of France for life and I am happy.
Cheers,

No, I'm giving you a little useful information. If you want to act

They may be free abroad, but they have many restrictions on their liberties

SARS out of control? Even in China it is only affecting one person in a
million, and the mortality rate is under 10%. You've got to stop watching
CNN all the time.

The British pound is worth a lot more than the US$ - does that mean that the
British economy is bigger or better? What else can you read into the higher
value of the Pound or the lower value of the Canadian dollar?

WHAT??? You are going to teach the French about friendship, because they
were against a war before peaceful disarmament was given a chance???

According to this logic, a "friend" should follow you into a war, even if
(in the view of the friend and the vast majority of nations of the world)
the war is totally unjustified. In other words, you demand blind allegiance,
not friendship... the two are completely different!

Yup, that sounds like a sensible thing to do.

LOL - seeing you are so convinced that they are ALL such cowards, I suggest
you go there and test your theory - after all, what harm could come to you,
and it would give you some real pleasure to teach them all a lesson,
wouldn't it?

Tell us in advance, please, I'm sure there'd be a few people who would want
to film your encounters with the cowards...

Default Vive La France! Re: beatings, muggings etc

.

German soldiers could walk the streets of Paris without their weapons.
And, in fact, Paris was a favorite tourist trap for German soldiers on
leave

Yes we are all sure you would have been out there shooting 'em up .

The French people are peaceful and party loving. They love to sing and eat
and make love.
Why should any of us from anywhere feel bad about wanting to live in peace
The French LOVE Americans (although they might be wondering why now) and the
idea that Americans are being mugged and robbed is pure Fantasy for people
who are generally filled with hatred.
I can't wait to go there....getting my tickets now.....Vive La France
