Emigration is not very popular anymore, since the living standard has
been steadily rising ever since -98, with an average GDP growth of
6.5% per year for that period. Russia's current net migration rate is
about +1 migrant per 1000 inhabitants, which is about the same as
Belgium's.

Well, it might be more complicated than this. Ukrainian, Tadjik and
Chines citizens might try to work in Russia, Russian citizens might try
in Poland, Polish citizens might try in Germany, Germany might try in
the Netherlands...

Well, it might be more complicated than this. Ukrainian, Tadjik and
Chines citizens might try to work in Russia, Russian citizens might try
in Poland, Polish citizens might try in Germany, Germany might try in
the Netherlands...
