Double check your visa dates i.e. valid from / valid to.

You state you arrive in NZ on 21 Dec and your visa expires 27 Nov.
Are these both showing 2007?

What dates did they actually give you?

Would recommend you contact the Embassy that issued the visas asap.
Most NZ Embassies have email addresses/phone numbers - do a websearch.
Alternatively write a letter and send certified to the Embassy.

You should not have to reapply for a visa if you have already been
granted one but they have given you the wrong dates.

Ensure when you deal with them you clearly state the date/month and
year.

You could not have 'entered' NZ as yet!

You need to contact the NZ Embassy where the visas were issued
URGENTLY and point out their mistake so they can rectify it.

See above. Contact the issuing Embassy URGENTLY.

Again, contact the issuing Embassy URGENTLY.
