Hi...while I'll be in Melbourne,I'd like to spend 3 days in wonderful Tassy!
I know,3 days aren't enough,but we have only from friday (thursday
evening),until sunday,we just want to have a taste of Tassy....so...I need
your help! Which is the cheapest way to get there from Melbourne? By plane?
Spirit os Tasmania? Do you know budget accomodation (hostel,camping,budget
hotels...)? How to move and where? Please...suggest an itinerary for 3
days....a cheap itinerary! We're broke! Thanks a lot for you help!

Your entry points for Tasmania are
* Devonport (Spirit of Tasmania)
* Hobart or Launceston (Virgin Blue)
* Devonport or Burnie (Rex)
* All of the above (Qantas)
I doubt you really want to sit up all night on the ferry - and it
probably won't be cheaper anyway.
I just checked each of the airlines for the 1st weekend in March and I
found that the cheapest was Rex to Burnie at around $85 followed by
Qantas to Launceston at around $90 followed by Virgin Blue to Hobart at
$110.
That should give you an idea of what to expect - if you book soon.
