Hi,
I am hoping for some help planning my honeymoon to Fiji. In order of
importance we are primarliy interested in a romantic atmosphere (not a
party scene), beautiful beaches, nearby snorkelling, kayaking,
windsurfing, non-advanced surfing, and hiking. Diving is in no way
important to us. Lastly, we are looking to stay for the last two
weeks of August and spend less that 300USD per day.
Can anyone give give some advice about where to stay?
Thanks in advance,
Jeremy

I would recommend the Lonely Planet for Fiji.
I stayed on one of the honeymoon islands just off Lautoko about 8 years ago, I think it was Treasure Island. It was quiet, but maybe a bit small. Certainly a hike right around the island took about 10min in total.
There are larger islands further afield, with bigger and better facilities. I've also heard Denerau Island is good.

Hi Jeremy,
For an excellent source of information visit Rob Kay's Fiji Guide site
(bulletin board). There's a ton of stuff for you. You've picked a
wonderful destination for your honeymoon and I think you should consider
fitting the Blue Lagoon Cruise in there.
