Budget flight from Oz to NZ
Hi,
Staying in Australia, how much should I estimate to pay for a budget flight
between Oz and NZ? Which operators are there?
Thanks,
Ralph

Couple of hundred? Check freedomair.com. Worth ringing an agent to see
what they can say about Aerolinas Argentinas as well: we can get $289
return from Auckland to Sydney at the moment.

Check Freedom Air, also check the Thai Airways flight SYD-AKL for cheap
flights.

"emirates" is joining the club in august (if you're staying in aussi that

they should have some good introductory fares. daily flights from sydney and
brisbane, i believe.

It varies hugely with the season & destination - eg Freedom is offering
$NZ199 one way at present but that will end when the July school holidays
begin in both countries & then the air fares soar - if you can even get
seats, once the RWC begins. If you wanted to travel in Nov you'd be looking
at at least $NZ1000 return.

I was estimating to do it sometime the beginning of February. Will that be
a cheap time or otherwise?
Thanks,
