To the WASM F***wit who was driving (WASM = white anglo saxon male)

FFK502GP White Mercedes Panel Van

on Friday 24 Jan at 1645, and turned right AGAINST the traffic light
sequence from New Road into 6th Avenue, Midrand, I am going to do my
level best to get you off the road. I'd love to see your licence
suspended for 6 months, maybe I can even manage it.

Scenario: traffic lights turned green for New Road traffic. I was out
for a training cycle, and had adjusted my speed to arrive at the
lights as they turned green. One White Mercedes Panel Van decides to
turn right in front of two lanes of accelerating traffic (there was no
right turning filter arrow). I am cleated into my bicycle pedals and
cannot set my foot down and barely manage to slow and balance to let
first offender through. Then F***wit with registration as above also
turns right. I have to pull up hard on both brakes, cannot uncleat but
manage to pull foot out of cycling shoe. I should have hit the tar,
and with cars coming up behind me, could have been hit in the process.

Give this guy no quarter on the road, and if anyone knows how to make
a case for a licence suggestion, please post back here.

I suspect this could be a hire vehicle, to the company involved, if
you don't want your patrons hassled because of this post, please
advise who hired it the day in question.

Two identical (or similar) panel vans?

Probably the same company's vehicles (or car rental's vehicles) as the
second one was probably trying to keep up with the first one.

Lay charges at the Police, contact the Trafiic Department. Speak to
someone in authority (work like ENO - from the top down) as the clerks
will just put you thru to one extension after the other, shrug their
shoulders and probably "accidentally" disconnect you.

Although this post is rather off-topic (as far as I know the group's
about travel as in tourism) I'm replying and hoping you get the SOB's
(pardon my language) as I'm sitting in a wheelchair permanently as
result of a vehicle accident.
