Default Hunting and fishing safaris in South Africa

I've been traveling around Africa and am particularly interested in
fishing and hunting safaris. I recently went on an amazing adventure
and would like to give others the opportunity to experience the same
kind of thing. Their website http://www.africanhuntingsafaris.co.za
which should be able to provide you with any information you might
need. Let me know what you think

Johan, I've contacted them and asked them to cut out the spamming. If
they don't, I'll get their ISP to block them.

Cheers,
Marc

Johan, I don't like spammers and I certainly do NOT like hunting
companies. But such language..... :-)

I have contacted the marketing company that has been spamming the
group, and they responded with:

"We post those threads not for the direct advertising in the forum,
but for the quality link it generates - Google sees your page as a
good keyword rich environment with a link pointing towards our site,
thus assigns those keywords to our site and increases it's ranking.
You can control who you link to on your own page, thus Google puts
very little weight on those links, external links coming in are far
more important.

I understand it may upset a few readers here and their, yet we try
keep them informative and constructive and in the right place. The
benefit often far outweighs the drawbacks. A handful of people may be
put off, but the masses searching Google know no better. We strive to
keep our campaigns to a high level of online etiquette."

So essentially it's a big up-yours from them. I'm not too impressed.

This kind of misbehaviour can be reported to Google and can lead to even
complete removal from their search engine. That would be a real threat
to this marketing company.

Marc, since you seem to have been in contact with them, maybe you could
hand them this message. If you have any contact details, I would also be
glad to do so.

Regards,
Hans

Hans, I couldn't be bothered to contact them again, so I went to the
relevant Google group, found the OP, and reported it as spam and
included a copy of their explanation to me.

Hopefully Google will do something about it.
