Port St Johns Give-away weekend
On 6 & 7 October, Port St Johns Food Accommodation and Beverage
Association (FAB) is hosting a fabulous weekend of fun and excitement.

HOW?
By giving away the town!!
In an interview with the Chairperson of FAB, Matthew Enslin, said that
the idea had originated as a marketing venture. "As everybody knows,
Port St Johns is a wonderful holiday destination and with excellent
weather all year round. We have decided to boost the awareness of Port
St Johns to its full potential and the members of the association have
decided to give their accommodation away for free for the nights of the
6th and 7th October 2006. "
"This is also intended to show the public that the perception of PSJ
as unsafe is entirely incorrect and everyone is invited to play!"
" Restaurants will be offering discounts on their meals and
activities, horse-riding, canoeing, waterfall outings, will be done on
a buy one get one free basis. All you need to do is complete an entry
form, answer a simple question and you will be in line for a prize."
The accommodation is a range of Bed and Breakfast, Self catering and
double rooms at the backpackers. There is no telling which lucky person
will receive what prize and the only guarantee is that your
accommodation will be free. The only condition is that you thank your
hosts when you leave.
Don't forget your Fishing rods, birding kit and suntan lotion."
