Ethiopian visas in Nairobi

Does anyone know if you need a yellow fever certificate to obtain an
Ethiopian visa in Nairobi?

We applied in Nairobi for a Ethiopian visa back in 2001 and we did not need
a yellow fever certificate...

you can get visas at the airport when you get off the plane as of Dec.2002.
don't know the cost though. didn't need a YF certificate.
