Yoga in Tavira
 
Hi everyone,

I’m hoping to join a good sociable yoga/Pilates class in the general tavira area within 15 mins drive so between Manta Rota and Santa Catarina.

Also any mother/toddler/family classes or groups?

If anyone has any suggestions or a place I could look for this would be gratefully received.

Tash, don't know much about yoga / Pilates etc but I see groups of ladies with rolled up mats attending the Casa Do Povo in Conceicao. (opposite Cafe Rosalia.Might be worth finding out what they are offering there, don't know if it will be on at moment though with virus thingy.
