why do they make it so hard?
 

20 years ago when i renovated my house after rendering the house i painted it white its now looking shabby so i need to refresh,a while back i learnt the the original colour off the house was yellow,the CAMARA want 1500 euro off me if i want to change the colour,as i dont want to be banned from this forum wont say what i told them they could do.

Mine was yellow, changed the colour to a mushroom shade, told no one, no problems so far.

If anyone tries to ask me for money they can fro.

We live in a pre 50s cottage and was not aware you has to inform anyone if we changed the colour! What are the laws/regulations?

Normally your camara set the regulations and these can differ from town to town, street to street etc. It's no different in Spain and some councils tell you what type of wall stone you are allowed to use, the colour and new builds have regulations how many trees have to be planted etc.

even if i re paint in white i have to fill in forms and await permisson.GOIS CAMARA if your reading this local people are not amused.
i have been informed that it carries a 1000 euro fine for telling them to fro.

I painted my house a couple of years ago, no one bothered me about it.
But our camara might be more user friendly.

In order to comply, ask the Camara for the RAL number of the original colour, according to their records. If they cannot tell and actual shade you then ask what colour you should use.
