Hi there, would be great if any ex pats could help.
We'll be in Lisbon late September and we never miss watching this Golf tournament.

We're staying in an air Bnb and the host who seems nice assures us we have cable etc. But unsure what that covers or if the master will be showing on the channels they have there

our usual sky sports traveling solutions are likely geo blocked even with vpn's and ideally we want a good reliable reception interuption free . #

Questions -
- Does anyone know if the tournament is broadcast locally ? and If so what channel ( don't mind about non english commentary - but ideally english of possible )

- In additoin would be good to watch some of it in a bar where the patrons will be fully focuses on it ? any recommendations ?

Sports TV 4 shows golf but premium subscription service doubt you will have it in AirBnB . Masters been and gone in April , are you thinking Ryder Cup ?? Golf TV will offer it also subscription service .Maybe a good option is find a nearby golf club and access their bar , nearly all clubs I have visited have that channel going fulltime. Alternative is find an english-style pub with TV they will probably show it, unless football dominates

Going to a bar will be a back up so we might need to get a subscription online and hope that the wifi holds up - the air bnb host insistant that they have ' losts of cable ' channels - but I agree its unlikely .
