Yes that is great with a batata cosida on the side.


If you cant get fresh you can use frozen it's not as good but what can you do. Or just do bacalhau asado na braza with molho Espahnol on top and a batata on the side with some grelos and you are all set.

Dam now I am hugry and it is only 6:30 AM here ....

We don't get frozen down here either......and only now started getting bacalhau (salgado). Grelos - yumm.

It must be remote, even we here in the US can find fresh sardines at the Portuguese market....

Are there no Portuguese comunities near you? There should be because we are everywhere.....
