Would this be made of a mixture of cow's/ewe's/goat's milk, like we find in the south of France? But why three churches, or is it the trademark?

queijo de vaca ovelha e cabra curado tradicional cura mínima 2 meses. That's the only part of the label I have

That's what I guessed, "traditional cow's, ewe's and goat's cheese matured for a minimum of 2 months". It costs the earth here, but is DELICIOSO!!
