Transporting car from Algarve to NorthEast England ? Recommendations ?
I need to get my car from E. Algarve to N/E England asap.
Anyone have any RECEnt experience ? recommendations for trustworthy company which provides this service ?

Used to be a bloke in Almargem near Tavira that did it. Used to have his truck parked on the 125 by the garage / car wash.
Sure some of the expats who drink in Conceicao / Cabanas would have his details.

They’re called “cars go transport” - usually have a car transporter parked up on the side of the N125 near Benamor Golf Club, but haven’t seen them lately.

A friend has just had a mini transported back to the UK. Algarve removals quoted £1500. Algarve Express and Direct Transport both wanted 1100€ + iva. Ended up using SG Haulage at £1100.

UK reg or Portugese reg? if it's Portugese and you are moving back to the UK, please be aware that it is illegal for a UK RESIDENT to drive a foreign registered car in the UK.
