Default Total cost of buying = 10%?
Would everyone agree that the average cost of buying a house in Portugal is around 10% of the purchase price ?

Hi Flynn

No. My house cost 40,000€ and my buying cost was app 500€ all i paid for was the Escritora and this was all i paid.
