can anybody give me advice on the best way to get from the m1 to tooting on a thursday afternoon as i have got a pick up to do on jan 22 for delivery to pt and have never gone this way before and dont want to just rely on my satnav as most of the time they will take you via the worst possible roads

Re: tooting

Personally I would use the North & South circulars to Wandsorth Bridge and then Trinity Rd etc. A bit longer but maybe a bit quicker and less complicated and no congestion charge.

I hope this is not another plug for your company.

Go on the Michilin site, it will work out the route to suit you and the time and cost. ;-)

It did occur to me that people might be a bit nervous about letting you take their stuff to Portugal if Tooting was a problem!:o
