Tenants/Rental agreement

Hi,

Can anybody point me in the right direction, or supply a template for an NHR quality 'Tenants Agreement' as basis for an agreement to rent a friends apartment. Specialist law practices are charging upwards of a €1,000 which seems somewhat excessive. Alternatively, a 'loan agreement' whereby an owner allows the use of their property without charge would also suffice.

Hi Eric,

Thank you for replying & offering a very useful tip. I tried a search for a Portuguese loan agreement, which would be preferable for my situation but unfortunately, results with examples applied to Brazil & not Portugal
