Tax Accountants Portugal
I'm looking for companies that can advise/file Portuguese tax returns for individuals. I understand that theres a professional body of accountants (Association of Certified Accountants of of Portugal (OCC)), but have been told that these are only required for companies, not individuals. Is this true ? Are there any other professional accounting bodies that do individual tax returns? My assumption is that I'd normally work with a Chartered Accountant/CPA type, and should do this, but if the Portuguese standard is that this isnt usual/needed, then fine. Also, if anyone has any good recommendations for accountants, that would be much appreciated.
Thanks and have a good xmas :-)

Keep it simple stupid.
I was once told as a young man by a colleague before the days of the Internet,
"fill in your tax return as if you're an idiot, make lots of mistakes, use scribbling out, use white out and eventually the tax man will give up"
Unfortunately it doesn't work these days......
