Yes still looks like its going clip Portugal from Oporto North over next 48 hours with that North West corner of Spain getting the worst. The closer the low gets to land the more the wind strength increases. I would not want to be in any kind of boat off that corner of N Spain or in Biscay over next 3-4 days. Been there - done that !
