Does anyone know how to complete the guest details on the SEF Boarder Control web portal.

I am totally lost!

I assume you mean on the SIBA (Sistema de InformaÃ§Ã£o dos Boletins de Alojamento) website/portal?

If so, have you attempted to read the instruction manual here?

If you have any problems, I have set the SIBA system up for clients in the past.
