Security grills/shutters
 

Hello,
Does anyone know of companies between Tavira and Olhão the sell and install Security grills/shutters for windows. I know they are a bit third world and ugly, still I´d feel better having them.

Although we are near Ourique. We had ours made by a local metal working guy who also makes gates. He made the grills to our design and was efficient and value for money. A local builder installed them in the house brickwork.

The same guy also made our internal burglar bars for the doors, as we are not in PT as much as we'd like.

I'd imagine there must be similar companies in your area.

As you leave Tavira on the EN125 (after the Aldi roundabout and before the petrol station), there is a company based in a row of units that specialises in windows and doors; but also supplies and fits security shutters. I bought replacement fittings for our shutters from them and they fixed a damaged fly screen for me.
