No, just the change of ownership fee. I think it's €65.

Brilliant, thanks. When we lived in the US I'm sure we had to pay a tax on the car when we changed ownership, a couple of hundred dollars I think.

It's state tax and varies from state to state. Believe it or not, tax is due on new, user or even lease car!
Tax varied from 0% to 5.75% on average, in US of A.
