It is hereby informed that it was not possible to obtain, from the respective Credit Institution, confirmation of the Bank Identification Number (IBAN) communicated to AT for the following reason: IBAN WITH DIVERGENT HOLDER
IBAN PT50 003602399910003837547
To rectify the situation, you must indicate a new IBAN, selecting the option “Change IBAN” on the Finance Portal.
You can check the status of your IBAN through the Finance Portal, by checking the “Integrated position” option.

Are you sure it's a scam? It's a valid IBAN for a bank in Tavira. https://www.iban.com/iban-checker
If you go to https://sitfiscal.portaldasfinancas....s/iban/alterar you can see whether your declared IBAN is confirmado.

I didn't think it looked too scammy either, on account of the fact that it seems to be directing the OP to take a recommended action on the Finances portal.
Unless there's more to the email than that or links within it that could be dodgy.
