Default Ryanair Online check in

I have been trying all day to check in online with Ryanair but to no avail.
I put in my reference number etc. and click on Continue but nothing happens.
Ryanair at Faro are either not answering the phone when I call or just let it ring.
Anyone else had this problem? :curse:

How bizarre!? I've just tried on my laptop and it worked.
The settings are exactly the same and I checked in online with the desktop four weeks ago......
Very odd.

No tinto - honest! (or timto )
Just tried the desktop again and it still won't do it.
Must be some setting that I have missed or something.

I had a similar problem with trying to book. Filled in so much and clicked continue and it would not do anything. In the end I went and did it on another laptop and it was OK. Always been fine inthe past. I checked cookies were enabled etc so don't know what the prob was. Will have to see when I next want to book a flight. No prob with online check in however. So try a different laptop if you can.

Even more bizarre! I have just tried it using Internet Explorer instead of Google Chrome and it worked fine!
Very odd.

Beware of checking in too soon, we had a flight cancelled due to the ash cloud and you CANNOT go online to sort it out. It was a nightmare, ended up having to go to a Ryanair desk with a queue a mile long with one fractious girl trying to placate some very grumpy bods. Dont bother trying to ring because they hang up after making you hold for several minutes grrrrrrr.

Also beware of checking in too late - spoke to a couple (with small child) who were charged £120 because they hadn't checked in online AND that is only one way!
They still have to check in online for the return journey otherwise it's another £120 !!!!!
I told Ryanair about the problems I'd had to which I got a shrug of the shoulders. Hmm.
