Default Post-Brexit Home Ownership in PT, Tax Attorney?

Hello, Can anyone advise on the following? We used to be tax-resident in PT but moved to the UK permanently. We still own a property in PT, which we will use as a holiday home (e.g. we will not rent it out). My understanding is that we now need to have a Tax Attorney to deal with issues concerning property tax in PT as we now live outside the EU (although we are EU/Irish citizens). Is this correct, and can anyone recommend a Tax Attorney that is good value for money?
Many thanks,
Colin

If you moved to the UK and informed the Portuguese tax authorities before the end of last year, the need for a fiscal representative has been delayed until end June 2022.

Colin, if you can, get a neighbour / friend who is Portuguese resident to be your representative.

We have just done it all via the AT site and it was all quite painless. If you go with a professional company obviously you will pay them a fee which the ones I have seen quoted were more than our IMI.
