Pipe Expander/Flaring Tool

Does anyone know where I can get a Flaring tool near Tavira? I can't see to find anything on the Leroy Merlin website.

For Brake Pipes I guess ? If so this is a pretty obscure item and its going to have to be ordered in as I can't think of anyone likely to have stock. You would save money and a lot of time by buying from Ebay and getting exactly what you wnt sent to Algarve Express

No, for refrigeration (air-conditioning). Think I'll have to bring it out in checked in baggage on the next trip.
