Looking for accommodation for July and August whilst we search for a property to buy in Lagos.
Min 2 beds and ground floor with some garden as we have a small well behaved short haired dog and an adult cat who just likes to sleep.

Anywhere near to Lagos would be preferred but as there's not many options out there for pets and of course the price is high on the coast so I'll also have to consider anything inland.

It will be very difficult to find a furnished condo/ house in July and August.

Was in the exact same position last year. It is possible to find them, but very difficult and hours of searching. If you haven't tried a Google search for, "Pet friendly long term rentals, Algarve," I would suggest this approach. We messaged a great many, some simply replied, "No" when I asked about the pets. Eventually found one, for our 3 cats and dog. There will be a place for you, it is just a matter of finding it. In addition, there are many more private rentals available on Facebook groups for long term rentals. Good luck.
