Hi everyone. My question is that i have a parcel waiting in Lagos Post Office. I have the form. But i cannot pick it up as i am going to be away on Monday. Is it ok for a friend to collect it on my half?

Yes if you write a letter saying it is ok for the friend to pick it up,and you sign it.. The friend must take her passport with her .That should work

The delivery card should have a section on the back for completion if not collecting yourself, along with instructions for what your friend must take. Sorry, can't give more detail, but I know it's there; our post lady pointed it out for future reference.
