Our 10 year, permanent residência is also a card. Photograph, fingerprint,, usual name, parents name, address, dob.
Interesting as mine is definitely paper certificate.

I got mine last week, it was quite easy.
I am hoping they could have some sort of card. There is nothing marked on passport, what will happen if UK leaves EU no deal? In theory we could only stay for 90 days. Obviously PT residency gives the right to stay longer, but do we need to show this paper at the border control? What about we enter other Schengen countries?🤔
